About SPG

Speaking Practice Group

The Speaking Practice Group (SPG) began as a small group of IELTS students from Leaders' English who met online to prepare for their Speaking test using a simple meeting format.

With support from Leaders' English, the sessions gradually opened to the public and were held weekly to invite more learners to practice together. Since its launch in July 2021, SPG has steadily grown into a supportive space for English learners and speaking practitioners.

Approaching its first anniversary, Fansmillennials Networks joined the initiative to expand SPG’s impact—not only as a learning platform but also as a space for networking.

Today, SPG meetings have been significantly improved, and a mentorship program has been introduced to further strengthen its role and reach.
